Fungi dell aglio – Woodland mushrooms in a garlic and truffle sauce set on toasted ciabatta with salad garnish (v,g)

Beef cheek ragu Bolognese –Highland beef cheek, slowly braised in Chianti, served with pappardelle



Al forno pesci – smoked haddock and salmon in a spinach, lemon and dill cream baked in foil with tagliatelle



Tagliatelle di mare – mussels, calamari and king prawns in a white wine and cream sauce with tagliatelle (g)



Penne arrabiata – cherry tomatoes with garlic and chilli on penne pasta (v,g)
