Chefs homemade soup of the day, with crusty bread


Pan seared breast of wood pigeon, served with a salad of beetroot and raspberries, finished with toasted cashew nuts and a balsamic reduction


Smoked cheese frittata, with spinach, onions and peppers, with Glenurquhart house chutney. (v)


Scottish oak smoked salmon and king prawn cocktail, with sundried tomato Marie rose sauce, paprika and crisp lettuce


Western Atlantic pan seared scallops, with celeriac puree, shards of prosciutto ham, and finished with nutty brown butter


Main Courses

Fresh potato gnocchi, served with spice roasted butternut squash, in a creamy walnut and herb salad


Grilled fillet of Scottish bass, topped with citrus prawns, sautéed potatoes, mange tout, roasted fennel and cherry tomatoes finished with a parsley caper butter


Escalope of pork fillet, cooked in an egg and herb batter, with wilted spinach, black pudding mash, grilled vegetables and a light horseradish cream


Poached breast of chicken stuffed with Scottish Highland haggis, served on a bed of curly kale and bacon, creamed potatoes and an aged whisky cream


Prime ribeye of Scottish beef, cooked to your liking, served with hand cut chips, onion rings, grilled tomato and field mushrooms

Chefs oven baked vegetable lasagne, with aubergines, courgettes, spinach, carrots and red onion, and finished      with a creamy tomato sugo, with seasonal tossed salad and garlic bread (v)

Strips of garlic chicken, with chorizo sausage in a rich creamy pesto served with penne
